The £5 eyeshadow palette I’m obsessed with

So I was going to write a few sentences in an attempt to make you guess which palette I was talking about but then that would be pretty pointless because, you know, there is literally a photo of it above. I didn’t want to just take a photo of my eye because it does that really cute thing where it just looks evil in photos and that’s just a bit weird.

Anyway…,the palette that I have been LOVING recently is a MUA Fire Vixen palette. I found this little hunk on Superdrug’s instagram and instantly wanted it because it has so many warm shades and I am ridiculously obsessed with red shadows at the moment. I did question the quality of the palette and if the shades would actually be pigmented but I was so happy to be proven wrong.

For £5 you get a good range of colours and a generous amount of product in each pan. Although all the shades can be blended easily, a couple of the glitter ones can be a bit clumpy when they are swatched but it can still be blended out if too much is applied Saying that, they are still so much softer than the matte colours and they are a lot more pigmented than the matte shades.

If you prefer shadows that are really buttery and feel so soft then this palette may not be for you. If you also look for browns in a palette, or use it to deepen the crease or the corner then again this palette won’t be for you. But if you’re looking for a warm toned drugstore palette with shadows that blend easily and have good pigmentation then this is for you.
